Please download the following programs to submit bugs to PACE. Once you have filled out the SoloBug forms go to the "File" menu and select "Save As" and send the ".sbg" file to support@paceap.com.

IMPORTANT!!! In most cases we can better understand and resolve problems in the field when we have a copy of your user's "Authorization Log" file. This file contains detailed error information and other telemetry that we require for problem resolution.
On Macintosh computers the log file is located here:
System Folder:Preferences:Authorization Preferences:Authorization Log
On Windows systems the log file is located here:
Windows\InterLok\auth.log
Please submit authorization logs here.
*Note that for Windows NT based systems the main Windows directory is often called "WINNT"
