More in depth technical issues may require additional time. Direct email and telephone support with our engineers requires additional support subscriptions.  Optional support packages are offered to fit the specific needs of each customer.

Subscription Upgrades: Free Upgrades may be available from Sales.  If your company meets certain sales forecast goals, stated in contract/agreement, then support fees can be waived or discounted by PACE, amounting to free upgrades or special service.
