Software Developer Support Subscription Options

All licensed PACE products come with unlimited email technical support during the license period. Support emails will be answered in the order received within a reasonable time. More in depth technical issues may require additional time. Direct email and telephone support with our engineers requires an additional support subscription. Optional support packages are offered to fit the specific needs of each customer.

PACE Standard Support Subscription

Annual fee: Free with InterLok License
  • Email response within 3 days of receipt
  • Prioritization based on issue and detail provided
  • Customer may be required to submit forms detailing issues

Subscription Upgrades: Free upgrades may be available from Sales. If your company meets certain sales forecast goals, stated in contract/agreement, then support fees can be waived or discounted by PACE, amounting to free upgrades or special service.
PACE Professional Support Subscription

Annual fee: $999.00
  • Email response within one business day
  • Prioritization based on issue and detail provided
  • Customer may be required to submit forms detailing issues
  • Telephone, scheduled calls only

Subscription Upgrades:
Free upgrades may be available from Sales. If your company meets certain sales forecast goals, stated in contract/agreement, then support fees can be waived or discounted by PACE, amounting to free upgrades or special service.

PACE Silver Support Subscription

Annual fee: $4999.00
  • Email response within 4 hours during business days
  • Telephone Support
  • Assigned PACE Account Management Representative
  • Indirect Assistance with End User support issues
  • Training: One Training Session per year*

PACE Premium Support Subscription

Annual fee: $9999.00
  • Email response within two hours during business days
  • Telephone Support direct with engineers
  • Assigned PACE Representative (technical, marketing and emergency contacts)
  • Priority issue resolution and two resolution software builds if agreed upon by PACE
  • Indirect Assistance with End User support
  • Quarterly Training and On Site Support*
